River Valley City Elders are experienced recognized leaders from the three spheres of  Authority — the Church, Civil Government and Business.  All three of these institutions were designed by God for the express purpose of protecting and providing for the family.

1. Pastors/Elders are Leaders who serve, feed, lead, protect ,and nurture the people of God.

2. Civil Servants are appointed or elected to administer justice and develop policy

that protect the people.

3. Business Leaders, as financial stewards & entrepreneurs, create employment opportunities and sustainable financial independence.
